Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with broken seals
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Free samples or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at support@confelia.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
Wait for our team to review and approve your return request within 24-48 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely and ship it back using the address provided by our team.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective products, Confelia will cover all return shipping charges.
