Yes, absolutely! We source all our products directly from brands or authorized distributors. Every product comes with a guarantee of authenticity.
Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for metro cities, 4-6 days for tier 2 cities, and 5-8 days for other areas. You can track your order status from your account.
Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also visit the "My Orders" section in your account to view the status and tracking information.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.
We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
